the location is central, with the beach nearby. The room felt modern and clean. I found the bathroom very large and immaculate. The domestic assistants have done a great job with keeping the place pristine.
i noticed no toilet brush in the room. liquid from the toilet was running straight out on the floor for two nights. the extractor fan made a loud noise.

The double room included good quality toiletries, a nespresso coffee machine, and biscuits. I appreciated the modern decor and the super clean condition. It created a relaxing atmosphere. The room also featured a large window.

the location offered convenient access to local attractions. i also found the included breakfast quite satisfying, with a nice variety of options..
unfortunately, i noticed the room lacked proper soundproofing. this resulted in significant noise disturbance from nearby street activity early in the morning. also, the room size felt somewhat small.

the family room sea view had a layout i liked it included all i needed the view of tate hill sands was fine the breakfast had great range it tasted nice the evening meal was good value

The location was acceptable, nestled among the shops.
The parking was much further away than I expected. It definitely was not a 3-minute walk as advertised. the room was noisy. There was no soundproofing to the floor above, and I heard every footstep. This made it hard to sleep.

there was no toilet brush in the room. i found this slightly inconvenient . the extractor noise was a little loud
